National Pathway
Introduced in 2021, the National Pathway replaced Rowing Perfromance Centres as NZRA's method of talent identification and development below Elite level.
The National Pathway currently has three tiers for rowers: Identification, Emerging, & Pre-HighPerformance. And a pathway for coxswains. There is also an International Pathway for rowers and one for coxswains.
Membership changes from time to time, as interested competitors meet the selection standards or move between tiers.
