A reminder to not come into the Karapiro Village intending to cross the dam - it is now closed till March 2023.

We are all looking forward to seeing you at our North Island Championship regatta at Karapiro on 3rd September 2022. There will be a pause in the programme following Race 21 scheduled for 10:45 am, as at 11 am, the funeral for Gil Cawood, will be held in the Sir Don Rowlands Centre. Gil was a long time Waikato Rowing Club member and great friend of The Legion, who died on 28th August. Many of you would have enjoyed sausages cooked by Gil after our regattas! The family has extended an invitation to all who wish to pay their respects to Gil. Racing will resume at 12:30 pm.
