There are new entry limits for 2025. The following entry limits will apply:
- Maximum of 3 events per rower.
- Maximum of 2 crews per school in each event; except in fours and quads, which have a limit of 3, and in eights and octuples, which have a limit of 4.

Schools must also be aware the compressed nature of this regatta means there should be no expectation any student who is entered in more than one event will have sufficient time available to compete in all of those events.

Note: as in recent years entry limits will not rise during supplementary entries, which are only limited late entries. They do not create new opportunities to enter.
