Event report

The Event went very well. There were 12 crews participating including Auckland Grammar, Harauraki Plains and St. Peter's from out of town. This is more than in previous years and hopefully it will continue to grow.

Hamilton Boys High won the Boys A Final and took away the prize of a single scull, generously donated by Wintech Racing, and Waikato Diocesan School for Girls won the Girls Event and walked away with a Concept 2 Dyno, sponsored by Concept 2 and others!

A great dinner was held on Saturday night, between the time trials and finals, where all the rowers were mixed up and made to sit with their correpsonding seat numbers from other schools. Andrew Matheson gave an interesting address.
