There has been a major accident at the Karapiro turnoff on SH1. Avoid that part of SH1 if possible when travelling to the regatta. Northern/Cambridge traffic should come via Maungatautari Rd. Tauranga traffic should come the back route via Horohoro.
SH1 traffic is still being diverted along via Maungatautari Rd - allow a lot of extra time to get to the lake!
Notices: N.I. Club Champs
This is the collection of regatta notices for the 2020 North Island Club Championships.
On Friday only age group events will be raced. On Saturday ability grade heats and age group semi-finals will be raced. On Sunday age group finals and ability grade semi-finals will be raced. On Monday ability grade final will be raced.
This means on Friday and Sunday events will be closer together than event numbers would suggest. And on Saturday and Sunday events will be in event number order (whenever semi-finals are required).
Entrants need to take this into account when planning their entries (to avoid potential competitor/plant clashes).
