The weather committee has given the go ahead for the regatta tomorrow.

IMPORTANT:
> the start is earlier than in the draft schedule (so hopefully we can finish before any Southerly affects racing)
> some events are being raced out of order. This is to provide racing for single-entry events.
> all students except one have 40+ minute turnarounds - no excuses for being late to races
